1. Introduction and Commitment

At CLIC404, user privacy and data integrity are fundamental pillars of our operation. This document details how we process the collected technical information.

2. Military-Grade Encryption

All sensitive information managed by our platform is processed using AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption protocols, ensuring that unauthorized access is technically unfeasible.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

CLIC404 acts as a technical data processor. Scan logs are maintained exclusively for diagnostic purposes, detection algorithm improvement, and system security. We do not sell or lease this data to third parties.

4. Technical Cookies Use

Our platform uses only strictly necessary technical cookies. These are used for session management, authentication token persistence, and CSRF protection, ensuring the stability of the user environment.

5. Anonymous Statistics

We collect aggregated metadata anonymously to generate statistical models on the general health of detected links, enabling continuous improvement of our detection intelligence.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

For each revision request we keep the contact email, the name, the requested domain, the analysis result and the consent evidence (the checked boxes, the IP address, the user agent, the date and the hash of the accepted terms). That request is deleted automatically after 90 days. Saved scans are pruned to the last 2 per site and the last 20 per user; panel access logs are deleted after 30 days; the scan cache after 7 days; and the job queue after 24 hours.
